I am a grandma in my 50's. I've been sewing since I was very young, mostly clothing for myself and children. I alter for others now, but my passion is quilting.
I live in sunny Arizona with my husband and our four-legged friends: our dogs. We enjoy the heat and love that we get no snow. Currently we have two of our ten grandchildren living with us as their parents are both in the military. This is the first time of many times to have them. They are a joy, as are the other ones.
Each one of our children and grandchildren each have a quilt for their bed that Nana has made! I love that feeling. I have several here that need quilting. This blog is my encouragement to get everything done. I committed to finish all these before I start a new project....that didn't work too well!!
